Production Process
This is a plain microfibre bath mat for the corner shower room with two sliding doors.
The pile weight can be made heavier so that it can be more fluffy and shaggy. The shape of the rug can be customized.
Comparing with the normal rectangular bathroom rug, this corner rug is perfect for the L shaped shower enclosure.
Product Care: Machine wash separately in cold water, never hot. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean. Tumble dry, low heat. Not for use directly in the shower or tub.
Matching shower curtains, hooks and toilet rug can be made.

Material
This corner mat is made from polyester microfiber fabric and anti slip TPR backing, we promise our backing is thick enough to holds on the floor steady. The pile height is 2.3-2.5cm, pile weight about 850gsm, overall weight about 1650gsm. For this level of density, it is fluffy enough, but if you need it to be more luxury, higher density is available.
Size
Bathrooms of different sizes are suitable for floor mats of different sizes. Many people must be eager to know the dimensions of the curved shower rug for the right-angle shower cabin, this is the normal size we are making now, it fits the sliding door edge well. Different radius decide the size of the curved bathmat.
